Mental Health and Wellbeing
“Mental health is a state of well-being in which every individual realises his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community.” (World Health Organisation 2014)
At Marsden Infant & Nursery School we believe that your child’s mental health and wellbeing is just as important as their physical wellbeing. We are committed to supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing.
Talking to children about their mental health is a good way of helping them understand their feelings and to improve their own wellbeing.
