Parent, Teacher and Friends Association
Thank You to Our PTFA (Parent, Teacher and Friends Association)
Our PTFA (Parents, Teachers and Friends Association) is a valued group of parents, grandparents, local residents and staff who work together to raise vital funds that enhance school life for all of our children. Through their dedication, enthusiasm and generosity, they provide opportunities, resources and experiences that go beyond what the school budget alone can offer, helping to make our pupils’ time at school even more memorable and enriching.
During the 2025–2026 academic year, funds raised by the PTFA have made a significant difference across the school. Their support funded a wonderful pantomime visit, an exciting Mini Professors Science Day, Christmas crackers to add a special touch to our Christmas Dinner Day celebrations, and a magician visit for our Year 2 leavers’ assembly. The PTFA also invested in a new playhouse and sandpit for our EYFS children, providing valuable opportunities for imaginative play and outdoor learning.
In addition, PTFA funding enabled the purchase of a full set of balance bikes, complete with helmets and a storage shed, helping to develop our youngest pupils’ confidence and physical skills. They have also funded new football goals, netball hoops and a range of reading resources, benefiting children throughout the school.
We are incredibly grateful for the time, effort and commitment shown by our PTFA volunteers. Their fundraising activities have a lasting impact on the experiences and opportunities available to our pupils, helping to create special memories and support learning in meaningful ways.
As with all volunteer groups, many hands make light work, and we are always delighted to welcome new members. Whether you can offer a little time or a lot, your support would be greatly appreciated. If you are interested in joining or supporting our PTFA, please contact the school office for details of our next meeting. Together, we can continue to make a real difference for our children.
