Marsden Infant & Nursery School

Spanish club is about more than just the language itself. We also learn about life in Spain, the food, the customs and the culture. It is a fun environment in which to learn about a foreign country and some basic everyday expressions in Spanish. Each week your child will be given a letter about what they have learnt, if you haven't received the weekly letters from Spanish club please ask the class teacher and another will be given to you.

In Autumn 2015 the children in Spanish Club are learning about the topic 'Me and Myself.' In this topic the children will learn how to say; where they come from, names of their family and how to describe what they look like.

So far in Autumn 2015 we have enjoyed making family stick puppets, family pictures and the map of England. We have labelled all of our work with the Spanish words.
